I am an experienced evaluator and researcher, specializing in higher education. My professional experience includes:
Director of Institutional Research for Heritage University and Central Washington University; Performance Auditor for Washington State Legislature; Policy and Data Analyst for Washington State Higher Board, and various other positions. I am most proud of leading statewide projects related to data collection and analysis. My academic background includes a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership & Policy Studies, a Master's of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History - all from the University of Washington.
My recent accomplishments for NJO Consulting include:
Developing assessment plans and accreditation evidence for Heritage University Departments of Nursing and Social Work;
Creating an assessment and data collection system for Yakima Valley College's teacher preparation program;
Teaching and creating a data collection workshop for Lower Columbia College's teacher preparation program; and
Analyzing data with predictive analytics for Heritage's College Assistant Migrant Program grant.
